This policy explains the limited personal information used to sell, deliver, and support Krispy Tools products. Krispy Tools is run by Kristaps Prusis, Riga, Latvia.

Payments

Checkout, payment, tax, receipts, and your purchase library are run by Polar (polar.sh) as merchant of record, under Polar's own privacy policy. Krispy Tools sees your name, email address, country, what you bought, and the order status. Krispy Tools never receives your card details.

Support Messages

Emails you send are kept so we can help you and look back at earlier issues. You can ask for them to be deleted.

Website

The website is static and hosted by Cloudflare. It sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and requested pages, for security.

The Tools

The scripts run on your computer inside DaVinci Resolve and do not send your projects, media, or usage anywhere.

Your Rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or object to how it is used, by emailing support@krispytools.com. You can also contact the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv).
