Terms
Terms of Use
Last updated: October 4, 2026
These terms apply to the Krispy Tools website and digital products sold or distributed through it. Krispy Tools is run by Kristaps Prusis in Riga, Latvia.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Polar Software Inc. (polar.sh), which acts as merchant of record. Polar is the seller on your invoice and handles payment, sales tax and VAT, and receipts under its own terms.
Digital Products
Krispy Tools products are scripts and workflow helpers for DaVinci Resolve Studio. Product descriptions, compatibility notes, and installation instructions are provided in good faith; please confirm that a tool fits your workflow before relying on it in production.
License
A purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or commercial editing work by the purchaser, on every computer the purchaser personally uses. Studios with several editors need one license per editor. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, or repackage Krispy Tools products.
Downloads and Updates
Your purchases stay available in your library, which you open with the email used at checkout. Fixes and improvements to the version you bought are free.
Compatibility
The tools need DaVinci Resolve Studio 19.1 or newer. DaVinci Resolve and operating systems change; we fix problems we can reproduce and refund tools we cannot make work for you, as described in the refund policy.
Liability
Use tools on test projects before applying them to important work. To the extent the law allows, Krispy Tools is not responsible for lost files, missed deadlines, project damage, lost profits, or indirect damages, and total liability is limited to the price paid for the tool.
Trademarks
DaVinci Resolve is a trademark of Blackmagic Design Pty. Ltd. Krispy Tools is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Blackmagic Design.
