Refund Policy

If a paid Krispy Tools product does not work for you within 14 days of purchase, you get a full refund.

How to Request

Email support@krispytools.com with the subject line "Refund request", the email address you bought with, and the tool name. Refunds are issued through Polar, our payment provider, usually within two working days. Your bank may take 5 to 10 days to show the money.

Before the Refund

We may ask one or two questions first, because many problems (most often the free version of Resolve, or the script in the wrong folder) can be fixed in a single reply. You choose whether to try the fix or take the refund. The support page has instant answers to the most common issues.

After a Refund

The tool is removed from your library and you agree to delete your copy.

After 14 Days

Write to us anyway. If a DaVinci Resolve update breaks a tool and we cannot fix it, we will refund it. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; a refund from us is much faster.
